Shipping policy

  • The packages are sent via Pos Laju(Malaysia) & EMS(Singapore & Brunei). You will receive a confirmation email from butikdelimamoda.com.my once your order is placed. Once your order is then dispatched you will receive an email from butikdelimamoda.com.my with your parcels tracking information.
  • Orders received before 12pm on a business day are shipped the same day & after 12pm on a next business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
  • If you are not home at time of delivery, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be redirected to your local Pos Laju Collection Office(Malaysia) / Brunei Postal Service Dept.(Brunei) / Speedpost(Singapore). Please take your calling card and your ID Card to the Collection Office as stated in the calling card for collection.
  • Estimated deivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays. We accept no responsilbity for any loss or damage to goods occuring in transit.
  • If you have not received your package within 3(Malaysia) / 5(Singaopre & Brunei) business days of placing the order, please contact us at [email protected] with your full name and order confirmation number or call/Whatsapp us at the contact number given on the page below.
  • Please note orders are shipped within 12 to 24 hours or the next business day if placed on the weekend or public holiday.
  • You may check your delivery status on Pos Laju Tracking or EMS Tracking website.
